So what’s a vampire supposed to do when his Eeyore-ass undead boyfriend and their chaotic fledgling poison him, slit his throat, dump him in a landfill like grease soaked Taco Bell wrapper, to then twirl around and write a dramatic tell-all book full of half-truths and hater energy? - why become a world-famous rockstar and spend eternity opening throats, servering 8-inch aura, and hookin up with whoever the fuck you wants, of course! What else?
AMC officially dropped fresh Entertainment Weekly show posters for Interview With the Vampire Season 3 — now rebranded as Vampire Lestat — and oh damn… the drama is somehow even zestier, bloodier, and more expensive looking than before.
The newly released EW photos are giving leather, lust, eyeliner, emotional damage, and enough yearning to power Hot Topic for generations. Ethipoian photographer Taiye Godbody brilliantly captures a vibe that is spicy, slutty, cinematic with the ever so slight atmosphere of seriously fucked up tension— exactly what this gay vampire drama does best.
Peep the new dope ass EW/AMC+ Vampire Lestate collab below:
The upcoming season adapts 'The Vampire Lestat', the second book in Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles series, with Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid) stepping fully into the spotlight as an immortal rockstar narcissist determined to turn trauma into chart-topping bangers. After the emotional disasterpiece that was Season 2, Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) now has to deal with his ex becoming the supernatural equivalent of Prince, Freddie Mercury, and a walking Grindr disaster all at once.
Our Hero, Balthazar actress Jennifer Ehle joins the cast as Gabriella de Lioncourt - yup Lestat is going on tour with his undead mum. Returning cast also includes Eric Bogosian as Daniel Molloy and Assad Zaman as Armand.
Even bigger? Akasha (Sheila Atim) — yes, THE Akasha, Queen of the motherfuckin Damned — is officially entering the picture. Longtime fans know that means things are about to get apocalyptic levels of messy. Pretty much the vampire equivalent of Jesus, Akasha is ancient vampire royalty, seductive, manipulative, and probably possesses enough sexual tension to melt OnlyFans' server.

At this stage, The Vampire Lestat isn’t just your cliché vampire show. It’s a gothic-rock concert tour fueled by trauma, wickedly toxic relationships, bisexual chaos, and immaculate fuckin' tailoring — and cap-free? We are totally hear for it.
The Vampire Lestat (aka Interview with the Vampire season 3), drops June 7 on AMC+
If zesty gaslighting vampires, leather pants, and emo rock ain’t your thing… honestly, what are you even doin' here bruh?
